Our Reviews
DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrible! I took my truck in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it would be like $730 just for parts and labor, and that's after they deducted the $195 diagnostic fee. I told them not to fix it, and I would just pick it up. When I was paying for only the diagnostic fee to get my truck back, I noticed that on my bill they were charging a $29.40 fee for "customer pay shop charge for repair order." And, I even had a scheduled appointment. It's like they charged me $29.40 extra just to be seen there. The very next day I decided to drive my truck until it was almost completely out of gas, and I tried using a bottle of Gumout before I filled up with fuel. The check engine light was magically gone when I started my truck, and it's running great.
They went above and beyond for us A perez and Cameron was great and worked really hard to get us in the new 2024 Silverado that we wanted, great experience and I would definitely give them a call we was treated great
Was mistreated at the Augusta location, so I came here the same weekend to purchase a vehicle since there were no decent rental cars on a weekend nearby. Place was identical, needs new Owners and Management, the service center was rather clueless. I've spread the word to everyone I know, and ended up buying a Ford across the street simply to walk away from this one. Hopefully this hurts them a little more than my $75k new truck purchase from Eck...
Took my car in because the check engine light came on. I figured it was due to a recall letter I got on my car a few weeks prior. My car sounded awful. Of course it wasn't and it cost almost 700 dollars to fix something leaking and replace a knock sensor. When I picked my car it still sounded awful. And driving home the check engine light came back on. I took it to Auto Zone to read the engine code and it was for the knock sensor.....I called and got it scheduled to go back. Then they kept my car from Wednesday until Monday before telling me I needed a new engine for over 7000 dollars! I said No and got my car and currently have someone else looking at it. Never going back. Didn't even fix what they charged me for the first time.
Very professional, great stick, and they are willing to work with you. Garrett Hollon took care of me and kept me informed through the entire process. Nice people in general.....
Everyone was very professional and helpful. I was treated with respect and salesman and financial person made sure all my questions were answered
Dan was professional and courteous. I was in and out in no time. The price was great for the oil change and tire rotation Thanks!
Took the car in for service late in the day the same day I made the appointment. Called first thing in the morning, asking additional questions/clarification. Within 2 hours, got another call that they had found and fixed the issue, all under warrantly.
Dan was professional, courteous, and listened to my questions/concerns. He provided answers that were easy to understand!
Deago was my salesman... Straight forward guy... Enjoyed doing business with him...Did everything he could do to get me a good deal. 👍 In the end I'm very pleased with my purchase..
I had a great experience. Brad worked with me to get where I needed to be to drive off the lot with my dream car!
Yesterday I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an oil change. I was reminded (again) that I needed the transmission fluid changed (because it hasn't every been done). Then your service guy answered my problem on the shimmying... I needed two new tires. After giving me an estimate and asking when I could set up an appointment, I asked if you could do it now (It was 4pm). Thank you for getting me in on the same day! I was glad to get it all done while I was there! Now I'm ready for my trip!
I had a very good experience dealing with Parks. Everyone there was very friendly, and they all tried very hard to find us the right truck to fit our budget and our needs.
This dealership is great the service writers are good at what they do they checked out my car and gave me their recommendations. Got me in an out.
We had read some reviews that were less than appealing. We really liked the car and the price was right. So we gave them a chance. They informed us that they were under new management. The staff was attentive, pleasant, and made us feel welcome. We drove the truck and kept looking. They didn't hound us. LA our salesman just asked if there was anything else he could for us via email. No calls. I texted him my interest after looking at a few other trucks. I worked with Raul on the numbers and he gave me a deal we all felt comfortable with. Jake in the Credit Dept was very nice. Sheryl in customer service was very nice as well. They are aware of their present ratings and are working very hard to change that. We love the truck and it was a pleasure doing business with all of them.
Excellent service and people. I would never go anywhere else to buy a new or used vehicle. Parks is by far the best dealership in Kansas.
Inquired, messaged with Manager, was sought out by sales Jeff Cline with a quick call to introduce himself. Vehicle was warmed up before I arrived to test drive, test drove, ran numbers, made a deal and over to the finance side I went. Every single person who touched my paperwork did an OUTSTANDING job. I Literally was in and out of there within 2.5 hours. I will absolutely go back to Parks Motors for my next vehicle! Great job y'all, keep up the great work. I will highly recommend your place of business to my friends & Family!! I appreciate everything you have all done for me!! Jeff Cline, you are killin' it with customer service, keep up the great work!
First of all, when I bought this car the price was $8700 + fees to the tune of $10,400. I thought that was great. Couldn't figure out why it took them so long to come up with the payment I could afford. Went to sign paperwork, was told that they threw in a extended warranty, a tire warranty, and free oil changes. They hurried us through the paperwork, pulling the papers away right after we signed them. A couple of days later found out that they had locked me into a loan for $15,500. When I asked them, I was told that I had to pay for the extended warranty that they "threw in". Also extra fees that I was not told about and then some excuse about the bank making them add money on to the loan because my credit wasn't good. I had a co-signer. So this affordable car I thought I was getting is costing me double what they told me. I have tried to seek help from an attorney but I never get a call back. Second, 2 weeks after I bought the car it started to misfire. I took it in to them and they told me it was the CVT and that's the way its supposed to work. My car does not have a CVT. Sparks do but my sonic doesn't. Took it back again because it was still misfiring and they wouldn't fix it because the car had not thrown a code. I was told to just drive it because I had roadside towing. I called Chevrolet customer service and got a call from Parks the next day. I was able to make it throw a code and they said the spark plug on #4 was loose and they tighten it and sent me on my way. I barely made it home. Took it back the next day and they finally fixed it with a coil pack. Took the car in about 6 weeks ago for the oil change and tire rotation. I was concerned as I didn't think the front tires were wearing right. They refused to rotate the tires and told me that I needed 4 new tires and a front end alignment. I asked then if the tires were wearing correctly and they said yeah they are just needing to be replaced. Front was 4/10, back was 6/10 tread. 2 weeks ago I came out of the store and looked at my front tire and the wires were hanging out. I bought new front tires and was told the back ones were ok. I tool dthe car to have it aligned at a shop that I trusted. Guess What? Front end was fine, camber and tow. The reason the tire went bad is because a belt broke. Apparently the tires were not rotated when they received the car and I was not aware of that. I was also told my oil pan was leaking which seems strange to me when the car has only 70,000 miles on it. I am taking my car to another Chevrolet dealership that I trust which is only 7 miles from my house instead of 50. I would never recommend the sales or the service of Parks Motors. They can take their free oil changes. I don't want them touching my car again. 1 star is too good. If I could I would give them -5 stars.
I purchased a 2013 camaro fro m carmax 2rd gear went out and it was covers under the factory worrenty so parks did the work replaced the transmition and did not tighten all the bolts long story short I lost control of the vehicle results I now need a finder door and repainted and suspintion damage as well poor service
The wife and I found a used Camaro on there website. We live 200 miles away they preappoved usdid, all the negotiation over the phone. We drove down for a test drive they had the car ready and waiting for us. Everything was just as promised and we finish the paperwork and was back on the road in under two hours. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had!
My husband and I were told that an extra roof and an extra set of tires were traded in with a 2015 Corvette Stingray that we were earnestly trying to purchase, only to be told they couldn't include them when we made the actual offer. We had already sold a vehicle, preparing to buy this one, and had been pre-approved for the car loan at the credit union. The two items total about $4,900.00 on this car, and that clearly makes a materially different representation. I am also going to file this complaint with the Sedgwick County District Attorney, under the Statute 50-626 (by the same name as my review) and I encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same. I am glad I read other reviews of this company to add to that complaint. Clearly, we will not be buying that car, unless they stand by their original deal. Bait and switch is what it used to be called, and it is illegal. Steer clear.
In 2011 we purchased a pre-owned 2010 Suburban with the Active Fuel Management 5.3 liter V8 (shuts off half the cylinders under light load for improved fuel economy). Parks performed oil changes and other vehicle maintenance. In late 2014 with 96,000 miles on the vehicle, I discovered that the engine was using a lot of oil. Since Parks was performing the service, I was not monitoring oil levels and consumption as closely as I should have. By the time I discovered the engine oil consumption problem , we were 1 1/2 weeks beyond the 5-year power-train warranty (but still within the 100,000 mile limit). This made us responsible for %40 of a very expensive engine repair. I am disappointed with GM for not honoring the powertrain warranty, particularly since the problem obviously had developed over a period of months prior to my discovery (and within the 5 year warranty period). I am equally disappointed in Parks for not letting me know about this excessive oil consumption which they should have noted during previous oil changes. Due to this experience, I will not be a return customer of GM or of Park's Motors.
OVER ALL, BRETT DID OK, HE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME. ITS WHEN ALAN STEPPED IN AND TOOK OVER. ALAN WAS RUDE, DEGRADING, AND OVER POWERING. I THINK HE THOUGHT CAUSE I WAS A WOMAN, I KNEW NOTHING. WELL LET ME TELL YOU, APPARENTLY I KNEW TOO MUCH AND HE FELT THREATENED. I OFFERED TO FINISH THE OTHER PARTS THAT WERE NOT FIXED YET, AND HE ACTED LIKE HE ALREADY HAD ALOT OF MONEY INTO IT. I KNOW BETTER AND WHEN WE CAME BACK TO MAKE A DEAL, HE POINTED TO THE VEHICLE, THAT WAS BEING TEST DRIVEN AND SAID " TELL IT BYE BYE, " AND STARTED WAIVING. THAT IS NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. MATT IN THE SERVICE DEPT, WAS THE ONE THAT HELPED ME FIND THIS VEHICLE. HE COMMUNICATED WITH BRETT AND THEY BOTH TRIED TO HELP. WONT BE BACK TO EVEN LOOK AT A VEHICLE IF ALAN IS STILL THERE. I HAVE ALSO TOLD LOTS OF PEOPLE HOW HE ACTED AND I ALSO KNOW OTHER CAR SALESMAN THAT DONT ACT LIKE THAT AND DO GREAT AT THERE JOB. ALAN NEEDS TO FIND A BETTER CALLING IN LIFE AND NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE.. THANKS, CHRIS
Went looking to purchase a truck and left with two new vehicles! Very pleased overall with our experience at Parks! We will be back when looking to buy again in the future. Tony attended to our needs and got answers to our questions! Definitely will recommend Parks to all my friends looking to buy a vehicle!
Brett Osburn did a fantastic job. He listened to our needs and came up with a list of vehicles to look at. After test driving and negotiations, we purchased a pre owned GMC Sierra. Zach Ellington took time to explain all the details of the financing process. He answered all of our questions.
